The Win Institute for Gender Studies focuses on women’s leadership and gender management solutions. Its objectives include studying gender mainstreaming needs, sharing experiences, examining management systems, and creating networks of advocacy capabilities for gender gaps in West Africa.
Our Mission is to bring about a policy and people interaction in building the competencies of change agents, policy-makers, legislators, advocates, activists, and all people connected in achieving gender-responsive governance or community in Africa.”
